Delivery
Orders are dispatched from my studio as soon as possible, usually on Mondays and Thursdays. National and EU orders should be received within 2/3 working days from the day of dispatch. International orders will take up to 14 days. Apart from that there can be delays with postage and I can only refund orders which have not arrived within 21 days of being dispatched. Any problems with the delivery of your order please get in touch and we can look into it for you.

Packaging
All orders are wrapped safely in sustainable packaging. If there is any plastic in your package it is always second hand packaging material. Although I put a lot of attention to safe packing, it is possible that an accident happens along the way. If your order was to arrive damaged please send me a picture of the packaging and broken product within 72 hours and I would happily replace it for you.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like to return, please return to my returns address on your packaging within 1 month of purchase. As long as the item is returned as it was sent out, a full refund of your initial order will be made to your account within 24 hours.
